Roles and Responsibilities
* Support client projects related to Equity Reward workflows, including:
o Designing and structuring incentive plans considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
o Reviewing existing incentive plans for relevance and effectiveness.
o Advising on tax and commercial impacts of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
o Designing incentives for employees, including share purchase plans.
o Assisting with compliance and disclosure matters.
* Engage with clients regularly, presenting reports and managing projects.
* Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated advice.
* Delegate and review work of junior team members, providing training and development.
