Job Duties:
Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Assisting with the planning and implementation of educational activities
Providing support to children in their learning and development
Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the well-being of students
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Relevant childcare or education qualification
Valid DBS check
Education:
Completion of relevant childcare or education courses
Experience:
Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience and empathy when working with children
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification
