About the RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced electrician to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, delivering high quality electrical services across properties in the Waltham Forest area and parts of Essex.In this role, you will carry out a range of electrical repairs, installations, testing, and fault finding, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service at all times.What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out electrical repairs, installations, and planned works
* Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works
* Working independently or as part of a wider maintenance team
* Using hand held technology to record and update job information
* Providing a customer focused service across occupied and void properties
About YouYou will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within repairs or social housing, with the ability to work efficiently, safely, and with a high level of professionalism. xsngvjr You must hold the following qualifications:
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation – Buildings & Structures)
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment
* City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory & Practice Part 2
* Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
* BS7671 (18th Edition) qualification
* City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) for inspection & testing
* ECS Gold Card
* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
