Office Administrator – Full Time

Location: Opkill HQ

Hours: Part Time/Full Time

Salary: Competitive – based on experience

Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate

Opkill is an industry-leading pest control company with a growing national presence and a reputation for high standards and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking to employ a proactive and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our busy team.

The Role

As our Office Administrator, you'll play a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. You'll support both management and field staff, act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate office activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures
* Answer inbound calls, take payments, book appointments, and manage technician diaries
* Make outbound calls to chase outstanding invoices and payments
* Respond to email enquiries and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
* Maintain and update customer records, databases, and contract schedules
* Assist with stock management and ordering office or field supplies
* Support with booking meetings, training sessions, and ad-hoc tasks as needed
* Pack and dispatch products to distributors when required
* Produce and submit routine reports or presentations as requested
* Work closely with management and other departments to support wider business needs

* Previous office experience and confident telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
* Ambition to grow within the role and progress into office management
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Professional and friendly approach to customers and colleagues alike

Desirable (but not essential) Experience

* Business Administration qualification or relevant apprenticeship
* Experience handling inbound customer calls and taking payments
* Background in diary management or route planning
* Familiarity with raising invoices and payment processing
* Good spoken and written English skills
