Job Description
* Own regional strategic accounts and drive full‑cycle revenue growth - including renewals, upsell, cross‑sell, and new business across multi‑country customer footprints.
* Lead consultative, value‑driven engagements with CXOs, aligning digital platform capabilities (SaaS, cloud, analytics, automation, integrations) to customer transformation roadmaps.
* Develop and execute multi‑country account strategies, ensuring consistent pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and predictable business performance.
* Oversee regional delivery and customer success, ensuring smooth platform deployment, adoption, and usage growth in partnership with delivery, product, and engineering teams.
* Build strong regional and global stakeholder relationships, strengthening account penetration, governance, alignment on roadmaps, and long‑term value realisation.
The Successful Applicant
* Seasoned enterprise sales leader with 15+ years' experience in SaaS, digital platforms, consulting, or telecom/IT services, handling regional or global accounts.
* Strong consultative seller capable of engaging CXOs, understanding digital transformation agendas, and positioning platform‑led solutions (cloud, SaaS, analytics, automation, APIs).
* Expert in complex, multi‑country account management, comfortable navigating matrix organizations and aligning with stakeholders across IT, procurement, and business units.
* Commercially sharp negotiator with proven ability in driving renewals, upsell/cross‑sell, pricing discussions, and long‑term revenue growth.
* Skilled in customer success and delivery governance, ensuring high adoption, usage expansion, and successful multi‑country platform rollouts.
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with strong presentation skills, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to influence senior leaders across regions.
