Days of Working: 0600 - 1600 Mon to Fri
The Workforce Planning & Systems Lead is a key role within His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service Contract. The role has national remit with line management of 7 Workforce Planners. Responsibilities include oversight of effective workforce planning across 300+ locations, producing relevant reports, and maintaining strong relationships with Operational teams. The role also includes ownership of specific tasks within the Time and Attendance System and acting as the SME for the system.
Responsibilities
* To work alongside the Senior Operational Planning Manager to achieve excellence with efficient and effective workforce planning on the contract.
* To ensure regions are being effectively scheduled with pre-planned and reactive work.
* To ensure base rotas are maintained within Timegate ensuring complete accuracy.
* Quarterly reviews with the operational management team, ensuring effective service delivery and highlighting any recommendations for improvement.
* To train and develop the workforce planning team in their roles and responsibilities.
* Ensure the Workforce Planning team are utilising Timegate with the regular updating and maintenance of relevant information.
* To ensure defined processes are adhered to and tracked appropriately.
* Work with the Training & Governance departments to ensure compliance with mandatory training and license requirements through Timegate.
* Ensure Relief and the Casual workforce are being utilised effectively to cover work contributing to the reduction in agency usage.
* Be the SME for the Timegate scheduling system and build relationships with the supportive technical teams.
* To support with any other administrative duties in relation to people and scheduling including working with other relevant departments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience with Timegate is essential.
* Experience in leading or managing a team is essential.
* Experience in the updating of base rosters and employee/site information within Timegate is highly desirable.
* Experience of working alongside multiple departments to achieve organisational goals is desirable.
* A relevant IT, administration or management qualification is desirable.
