Support Worker – Day Services
📍 Washington, Sunderland | 🕒 37 hours per week | ⏳ 6-month contract | Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm

We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our friendly and welcoming team where we provide daily support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and individuals with complex health or behavioural needs.

You will:
Support individuals with a range of daily activities and routines
Encourage choice, independence, dignity and respect
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
