Earning Potential Starting salary: £28,000–£32,000 Uncapped commission structure Upon promotion to 360 Consultant: 20% flat commission, scaling to 30% No threshold With average placement fees exceeding £25,000, each successful placement can generate £5,000 commission at 20%.
