About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Compliance Administrator who is proactive, methodical, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The successful Compliance Administrator will support the team in maintaining smooth departmental operations, ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately and promptly, and helping to provide efficient and effective service to clients.
Reporting to the Gas Qualifying Supervisor, you will work with the Coatbridge team to ensure ongoing support to the Mears branch and departments, in line with the department’s SLA agreements.
You will support the submission of cost data to enable timely work order completion and invoicing, with a focus on maintaining a positive customer experience.
Role Criteria:
* Experience with Office 360
* Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience within Compliance and in the social housing sector would be advantageous.
