Office Assistant responsibilities:
1. Maintaining office supplies and facilities
2. Organising meeting and schedules
3. Supporting financial tasks e.g. invoices and expenses
4. Provide general reception duties e.g. phone and email handling
5. General ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will:
