Commis Chef at Brigg & Stow, Bristol Airport
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + an additional £1.20 for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the total to £14.70 per hour.
Shift pattern: Scheduled between 2 am and midnight, including weekends. 20-30 hours per week.
* Candidates must provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.

Responsibilities:
* Help with food deliveries.
* Prepare meats and vegetables.
* Assist fellow chefs and in stock rotation.
* Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
* Manage time effectively for prep and service.
* Follow precise measurements and portion sizes.
* Perform cleaning duties as directed.
