You’ll support adults within the community, and essential knowledge and experience in completing assessments, support planning and reviews is required.</p><p><b>About the Candidate:</b></p><p>Candidates must have strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and mental capacity, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
