Electrician required in Hounslow
£18 per hour LTD
Your role as an Electrician is to carry out repairs and maintenance work. This work is within social housing, so relevant experience is needed.
Duties include:
* Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations
* Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation
* Delivery of electrical repairs in both domestic and on-site settings.
* Remedial works
* Re-wires (full house, bathrooms, kitchens)
* Adding new circuits (ring circuits, cooker, fans etc)
* Adding new sockets (minor re-wires)
* General maintenance (changing sockets, light fittings, etc)
* Fault finding
* Planned maintenance
* Fuse board swaps (new regulations have meant some old ones need to be replaced)
Qualifications/experience needed:
* 17th/18th Edition
* Able to fault find and install on domestic/commercial properties
* Full UK driving licence
