Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner for our client in Billericay.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential
* Ability to communicate fluently in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
This role is a 4 day on 4 day off rota 6pm-6am.
Must be reliable, trustworthy and hardworking.
Pay is negotiable and paid 2 weekly
