Performance Marketing Director
We are currently partnered with a rapidly scaling, mission‑driven DTC subscription e‑commerce business that is seeking a highly commercial and strategic Performance Director to lead our UK business. This senior role requires a leader with a proven track record in high‑growth DTC or subscription businesses, ready to own and accelerate the entire subscriber acquisition engine. The Director will be accountable for setting and executing the end‑to‑end growth strategy, managing a multi‑million‑pound marketing budget, and ensuring ambitious targets for acquisition and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) are consistently met through rigorous forecasting, resource allocation and strong commercial discipline.
Success in this role demands deep fluency in performance marketing, covering channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates/Influencers, coupled with a data‑first mentality. The Director will build a culture of continuous testing, robust attribution models and incrementality experiments to drive profitable scale. Additionally, the leader must excel at cross‑functional collaboration, serving as a key commercial partner to Creative, CRM, Product and Data teams to translate growth initiatives into a seamless customer experience and optimal business outcomes. The role also requires inspiring management, mentoring and developing a high‑performing team while balancing short‑term performance with a long‑term vision for a resilient and beloved brand.
