Support Worker- Supported Living- £12.60 Per Hour + Benefits- Warrington, Cheshire

As a Support Worker - Supported Living, you will support adults aged 18+ living with mental health diagnoses and other health conditions to live as independently as possible. It is about building strong, respectful relationships and helping people feel safe, valued and in control of their own lives. Shifts run between 8am and 10pm, including a mix of early, late and alternate weekend working. Provide person-centred support that promotes independence.
* Support with medication, daily living tasks and maintaining a safe home.
* Encourage access to the community, activities and appointments.
* Keep clear and accurate records in line with care plans.

12.60 per hour.
* Up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata).
* Double pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

* Funded qualifications from Level 2 to Level 6.

You do not need previous care experience or qualifications to become a Support Worker - Supported Living. A sense of humour and the ability to adapt will help you thrive in this role.
