Shift pattern:
You would be required to work a mixture of shifts:
Early shifts (7am3pm)
Late shifts (2pm10pm)
Night Shifts (10pm -7am) (waking nights and sleep nights are also available).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Having the confidence to complete care needs assessments with new clients following discharge from the hospital
Supporting clients to regain independence with tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
Building strong working relationships with clients, families, colleagues and the Home First team
Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First team updated on improvements in abilities, allowing ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs

Travel and driving:
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. This is a driver's only role due to travelling between visits across Glou cester. You must also be able to commit to working alternate weekends. Fully paid travel time with 45p per mile mileage between visits.

Authorised to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship or offer Supplementary Employment if you are already sponsored by another Organisation.
