This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with production line experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate confidently in both English and Romanian.
Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team on a busy fresh produce line
Ensure quality control and food safety standards are consistently met
Monitor line performance and report on output
Provide training and support to team members
Work closely with supervisors to meet production targets
Ideal candidate
Experience in a similar production or FMCG environment
Fluent Romanian speaker
Confident team leader with strong communication skills
Flexible approach to shifts and working patterns
Committed to maintaining high standards under pressure
