About the role
Are you ready to take the lead in driving quality assurance excellence? We are looking for a dynamic Lead Quality Assurance Test Analyst to shape the future of functional testing. In this pivotal role, you'll set the standard for excellence, drive complex problem-solving, and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
* Test Design & Execution – expertise sufficient to set the standard for our organisation
* Test analysis – able to lead and guide multiple teams in test analysis
* Quality & Test planning – can lead and plan strategically for multiple teams
* Communication – particularly between technical and non-technical parties
* Defect management – can lead and coach others in improving defect management processes
* Understanding of SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle)
