Registered Manager – Supported Accommodation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16 to 25 in West Yorkshire. Are you values-driven, focused on quality, and committed to helping young people build brighter, independent futures?
Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role within a residential children’s home. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Managers or Deputy Managers looking to take the next step in their career. A solid understanding of the residential care sector, combined with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality support for young people, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day running of supported accommodation services.

Ensure full compliance with OFSTED standards, safeguarding protocols, and relevant legislation.

Lead the development and delivery of person-centred support plans.
*
Build and maintain professional relationships with local authorities, partner agencies, and families.
*
Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated staff team.
*
Promote continuous service improvement and high-quality care outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous experience in a senior or management role within supported accommodation or similar care settings.
*
Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People’s Services) or equivalent.
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

A compassionate, proactive approach to supporting vulnerable young people.
