FIND are delighted to be representing a leading Lancashire based Training Provider to recruit a Business Development Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer focused individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role will be to provide an outstanding employer engagement service by actively engaging with employers to promote NLTG programmes/services and ensure all opportunities are maximised to secure new and repeat business.
After full training and support, you will be required to identify opportunities to bring in new vacancies and starts whilst working with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
The successful applicant will:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to align business development with company objectives
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
We are looking for:
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent including English at Grade 4/C or above.
* Educated to Level 3 or above.
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a business development/B2B sales role.
* Experience in identifying/generating new sales/customer leads and meeting employer
needs
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation/communication skills.
* Positive/enthusiastic attitude
