What You'll Be Doing Supporting M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising. Preparing financial models, valuations, and due diligence reports. Assisting with business development and contributing to proposals. What We're Looking For ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or audit. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
