Position: Business Development Manager – Key Accounts
We seek an experienced sales professional to join our UK&I Special Markets Team as a Business Development Manager – Key Accounts. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Digital Implants & Prosthetics and Connected Technology Solutions across strategic accounts.
Location: Field / UK Home Office Based | Flexible UK Location
Responsibilities
* Lead sales engagements with customer teams at all levels, from clinicians to procurement leaders.
* Develop and implement workflow strategies to drive product integration and revenue growth.
* Demonstrate and facilitate workflow adoption, coaching regional sales teams as needed.
* Collaborate with the Special Markets team on commercial activities.
* Work closely with the wider Dentsply Sirona team on practice workflow and product utilization.
* Manage educational opportunities across the country.
* Partner with regional/territory teams to identify opportunities and execute strategies.
* Use data insights to present relevant metrics to key accounts, supporting strategic alignment and business growth. Manage activities via SFDC.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for long-term success.
* Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
* Identify and develop workflow experts and digital leaders within key accounts.
* Coordinate with marketing for collateral and regionally sponsored meetings.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the dental market, including clinical and procurement infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
* Degree or equivalent experience.
* Deep knowledge of implant workflows and success in sales, translating technical solutions into customer value.
* Strong commercial sales background, capable of growing business in complex environments.
* Relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM (e.g., SFDC), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload.
* Experience analyzing business data (Excel, Power BI, SFDC).
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
