We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
* Coordinate food production processes, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
* Train new employees on safety practices, and company policies.
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for operations.
* Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Qualifications
* Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
* Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire staff.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in Management roles within hospitality.
