* Position: Field Sales Executive
* Location: Richmond Upon Thames
* Salary: £23,500-£24,500 per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)
* Reports To: National Sales Manager
* Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
* Work Base: Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

Candidate Profile
* Experience in a gym, sales, retail, or FMCG/Consumer goods environment preferred
* Energy, drive, reliability, and passion for excellent customer service
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to meet targets and KPIs
* Knowledge of UK gym culture and habits
* Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and ability to identify sector potential
* Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels
Main Duties
1. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify distribution opportunities
2. Promote and educate about sports performance and supplementation products
3. Enhance Glanbia brand presence within your territory
4. Support account growth and re-merchandising efforts
5. Lead product and category training with retailers and gyms
6. Maintain brand standards and operational excellence
7. Share best practices and communicate effectively with team and management
8. Resolve issues proactively and provide feedback for strategic improvement
9. Complete administrative tasks efficiently
10. Understand retail landscape for strategic advantage
