Position Overview
Sales Executive (Permanent) – Edinburgh, Salary £22,000 Basic (£40-50,000 OTE uncapped). Working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 on rota with weekend work required. Full UK driving licence essential.
Responsibilities
* Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at store.
* Deliver a no‑pressure sales service, identifying and anticipating customers’ needs.
* Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customers’ needs.
* Upsell relevant products and finance where applicable.
* Complete the handover process with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Liaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations.
Requirements
* A proven track record of sales or excellent customer service.
* Experience in a sales environment or working to targets would be beneficial.
* Experience selling financial products would be beneficial; training will be provided.
* Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly.
* Ability to be flexible, with weekend work required.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
