Job Description

:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Administration Officer to support the administration team based in Preston. Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings
2. Producing court documents
3. Creating and updating records on internal systems
4. Data input
5. Drafting standard letters and documents
6. Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals and hearings
7. Assisting court users with general queries

Other administration duties as and when required. Training will be provided on internal systems.

Requirements:

8. Able to follow well established processes and detailed instructions.
9. Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
