We provide education, training, and networking to ensure healthcare products meet strict legal and regulatory standards. The Role We are seeking an Education Manager to play a key role in the delivery of our MSc in Regulatory Affairs and the Level 7 Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apprenticeship. You will ensure high-quality learner experiences, robust compliance, and smooth programme operations, working closely with our university partner, apprentices, and internal colleagues. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the operational delivery of the MSc, including student recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and assessments. Act as a main point of contact for MSc students and apprentices, providing academic and pastoral support. Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices to support their success. Ensure compliance with university, sector and internal quality assurance standards. Monitor learner outcomes, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with academics, employers, and colleagues to support delivery. About You Degree in a relevant discipline (science, education or related). Proven experience in higher education administration, programme delivery, or learner support. Knowledge of UK higher education quality assurance processes. Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to engage confidently with learners, employers and academic partners. Desirable: Postgraduate qualification, experience in healthcare education or regulatory affairs, and/or apprenticeship programme knowledge.
