A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and to be part of a supportive school community.
Location: Sutton
Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Salary: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties).
* Work closely with class teachers as a learning support assistant to adapt learning materials and create a nurturing learning environment.
* Help manage behaviour positively and promote social, emotional, and academic progress.
* Support with personal care needs when required (Early Years or KS1).
* Assist in monitoring pupil progress and contributing to individual learning plans.
