St Peter's Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Lead Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team, specialising in respiratory and critical care rehabilitation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead our dynamic Occupational Therapy team, delivering high-quality patient-centred care across critical care and respiratory services. As Lead OT, you will:
* Provide expert clinical input for patients within respiratory medicine and critical care.
* Lead, supervise and develop a team of Occupational Therapists and support staff.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
* Drive service improvement, innovation and quality standards.
About You
We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Occupational Therapist who is eager to lead and inspire others. You should have:
* HCPC registration (or eligibility if relocating with sponsorship).
* Strong clinical knowledge and/or interest in respiratory care and critical care.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with a commitment to supporting team development.
* Ideally, prior NHS experience and an understanding of working within acute hospital services.
