As an Office Administrator in our UK and Europe Defence, Space and Security Technology team, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects and operations running smoothly. What you'll do as an Office Administrator
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across projects, including liaising with project managers and specialist teams
* Support payroll processing under supervision, along with timesheet and employee record administration
* Organise meetings and events, including room bookings and refreshments
* Raise purchase orders and sales orders, and process supplier invoices as required
* Maintain accurate filing systems and document control, including supporting local procedure reviews
* Prepare reports and presentations using information provided by the management team
Qualifications
* A good all-round education, including English and Maths
* Confidence using IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to support colleagues and customers, Disability Confident
