New Role – Learning and Development Manager The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College translate and deliver the people component of its strategic plan. We are looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team in a brand new post of Learning and Development Manager. Working closely with the Director of HR, you will lead an impactful Learning and Development service for our workforce. In addition you will operate as an L&D Business Partner at a senior level. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional, whose next step is to set up and lead an impactful learning and development service to help us achieve our corporate ambition to move from Good to Exceptional. You will have a track record of building strong relationships and work at a strategic level to drive organisational performance through workforce development. You will be a skilled strategic thinker, who is able to translate organisational goals into impactful learning solutions.
