 
        
        Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing global organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will receive a salary of up to £60,000 (Potentially negotiable) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).
An individual with experience within a group structure would be the best fit for this role.
Primary responsibilities;
 1. Support the Financial Controller with close related tasks making sure the P&L and Balance Sheet are prepared in a timely manner with excellent accuracy.
 2. Owns the balance sheet reconciliation process
 3. Reconcile Intercompany
 4. Process journal entries to ensure accuracy of financial data
 5. Post technical accounting entries such as IFRS 16
 6. Fixed assets reconciliation and reporting
 7. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller
 8. Work with the team to proactively prepare for the audit process, gathering all relevant documentation and reconciliations.
 9. Prepare VAT returns for the UK and permanent establishments in Europe.
 10. Support the information gathering / calculation process for R&D and Corporation Tax filings
Key experience and attributes;
 11. ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist
 12. Prior experience of working through the audit process
 13. 5 Years experience in a similar role
 14. Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
 15. Effective analytical skills when interpreting data and results
 16. Advanced user of Excel
 17. Dynamic and resourceful
 18. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
 19. Easily fit into multidisciplinary and cultural teams
