West Monmouth School is a successful 11 – 16 school. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
The contracted hours of work will be 30 hrs per week. The key requirements for each position include:
1. the ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required
2. excellent communication skills, including IT
3. Level 2 English and Mathematics
4. excellent literacy and numeracy skills
5. an excellent understanding of how to support teaching and learning effectively
6. a good understanding of how to support the development of behaviour, emotional and social skills
7. the ability to sensitively support personal care needs of learners as required
