Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Reporting To: Head of Business Development
Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid Working
Salary: £27,000 OTE up to £35,000
Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours a week

About the Job: The role involves booking demonstrations from inbound and outbound prospects within the care sector, answering queries across multiple channels (Intercom, phone, email), coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and appointments, conducting market research, and recording trends for the sales team. The role includes CRM data entry, CRM upkeep, and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
The role and your responsibilities
* Outbound calling to new potential prospects with a target of booking 1-2 small prospects per day
* Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, email, or website and book demos as they come through
* Qualify prospect data before booking demonstrations
* Work towards individual targets and team targets
* Speak with prospects via phone, Intercom and email and demonstrate understanding of the platform
* Attend face-to-face and virtual training
* Keep tasks and admin up to date on Hubspot
* Cross-functional collaboration with implementation, customer success and finance teams
* Take on new projects from manager or wider team and work to deadlines
Required experience
* Minimum of 1 year outbound sales B2B/B2C calling
* Results driven, ambitious, and confident
* Willingness to learn, methodical, organized and detail-oriented
* Demonstrate a consistent and strong background in sales
