Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising packaging projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver packaging projects on time and within scope.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage client expectations and ensure consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, sustainability goals, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to optimize packaging solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Packaging Technology, Business, or related field.
3+ years of project management experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and sustainability practices.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
