Spitfire Audio is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our subscription service. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our subscription offering by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's vision and mission.
Primary tasks and objectives
* Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the subscription service, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives, in alignment with overall business objectives.
* Customer Insights: Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to gain deep insights into customer needs, preferences, and behavior, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
* Product Positioning: Define the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for the subscription service, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission and differentiation from competitors in the market.
* Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among target audiences, leveraging a combination of digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and other channels.
* Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including subscriber growth, retention rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on investment (ROI), and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, e-commerce, customer support, and external partners, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on subscription services, SaaS, or digital products.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making and measure performance.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
