What you’ll do
Oracle NetSuite is transforming how we engage with our growing customer base through a comprehensive subscription service that offers functional and technical expertise to enhance customer value.
Leadership:
* Lead a portfolio of ACS customers and manage subscription consulting services delivery.
* Drive team and individual performance to meet targets and goals.
* Hire, develop, and manage a team of experienced and new resources.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and support career growth.
* Build team expertise, assess performance, and provide feedback.
* Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and handle administrative tasks.
* Create and implement new programs and initiatives.
* Manage performance reviews and collaborate with sales teams to drive new sales and renewals.
Delivery of ACS Services:
* Maintain high quality standards and performance metrics.
* Enhance customer value through ACS services.
* Follow ACS methodologies for delivery.
* Manage a customer portfolio to ensure quality and responsiveness.
* Coordinate onboarding of new ACS customers.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Achieve utilization and renewal targets.
Ensure High Customer Satisfaction:
* Build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
* Display strong customer relationship skills.
* Work with teams to promote user adoption of NetSuite.
* Monitor customer feedback and address escalations.
Skills and Qualifications needed:
* 8+ years in ERP consulting or delivery.
* Proven leadership and staff management experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong client management skills and a focus on achieving business goals.
