We're working with a fast moving tech business looking for a Senior ML Engineer to own personalisation end to end.
This isn't a research role. You'll be shipping models to production, building the pipelines that feed them, and running the experiments that improve them โ all in service of recommendation engines and ranking algorithms that directly impact user experience.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
โ Design, train and optimise ML models for personalisation and recommendations
โ Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for feature engineering and model training
โ Deploy and monitor models in production โ performance, availability, relevance
โ Lead A/B testing and offline experiments to drive continuous improvement
โ Evaluate emerging research in deep learning and GenAI for real-world integration

โฆ Full ML lifecycle experience โ from development through to monitoring in prod
โฆ Python + TensorFlow or PyTorch
โฆ Kubeflow, TFX or similar training frameworks
โฆ Model serving experience โ Triton, TorchServe, TF Serving
โฆ Real-time streaming and high-volume data processing
โฆ Strong grasp of recommendation systems and personalisation algorithms
โฆ Familiarity with Generative AI in production settings
