1. Target Operating Model Design & Delivery: Partner with leadership to implement a future-fit TOM that supports business growth and agility.
2. Organisation Design & Restructure: Support structural realignments to optimise performance and scalability.
3. HR Change Management Toolkit: Build and roll out a practical, scalable toolkit to support change initiatives across the business.
4. Coaching & Mentoring: Support HR colleagues through hands-on coaching, capability building, and strategic guidance.
