Customer Services Co-ordinator 35 Hours - Salary: £24,837 - £26,452 pa DOE The Age UK North Tyneside Group is looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator who will work as part of the Customer Service Team and support the work of the Group, with specific focus on new business. The successful candidate will provide customers with support to access a range of services personal to their individual needs and aspirations. They will provide timely, accurate, confidential and impartial information, whilst ensuring good customer relationships are maintained at all times through a variety of mediums including telephone, face to face appointments and outreach sessions. The successful candidate will continuously work towards the Group’s main aims and objectives by supporting the activities of other departments. The candidate will need to have a good level of interpersonal skills and be able to engage with people at all levels across the Group. Be educated to or working towards a Level 2 in Customer Services or equivalent qualification. Also have the necessary skills and experience of using Microsoft Office systems. The successful candidate will possess strong time management skills, be able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
