A privately owned, multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Revit Technician (MEP) to join its growing Building Services team. The business works across a wide range of complex and high-profile developments throughout the UK, delivering integrated consultancy solutions on major infrastructure and mixed-use schemes.

The Role
As a Revit Technician within the MEP team, you will play a key role in the delivery and coordination of high-quality building services models across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial and regeneration projects.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Producing detailed 3D MEP models in Revit across multiple project stages
2. Supporting the coordination and production of mechanical and electrical building services drawings and models
3. Carrying out clash detection and model coordination using Revit and Navisworks
4. Working closely with engineers, consultants and external design teams to resolve technical issues
5. Assisting with BIM deliverables in line with project standards and best practice
