Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: £48,700 per annum including the shift allowance Shifts: Monday-Friday, 3 shift pattern - overtime available on weekends and during the week Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits: £2,000 annual allowance to be used towards training or new qualifications, ongoing training on site, 9% pension, 22 days holiday (rising 1 day per year of service) soft benefits Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery including working with motors, rollers, belts, sensors, drives, and more. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime. Performing routine inspections and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to processes and systems. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Requirements: Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment. Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
