Job Overview
The technician will provide onsite support for a device refresh project focused on laptop imaging, data migration, quality checks, and staging. The role involves hands‑on execution of imaging and migration processes following a defined runbook, with accurate tracking and reporting of device status.
Scope of Work
* Perform laptop imaging following provided runbook
* Execute user data migration to refreshed devices
* Reimage devices when required
* Perform QC checks (boot, login, network, required apps, labeling)
* Maintain organized staging area
* Update device status in tracking system in real time
* Document failures and notify lead
* Follow security and site protocols (no deviations)
