Join our client as a Employment Law Paralegal in Shrewsbury with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.ABOUT THE FIRMOur client, a highly reputable law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their well established and reputable Employment Law team in Shrewsbury. The firm is well-regarded for providing high-quality, results-focused legal advice and experienced successful growth over the last few years. ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal in the Employment team, you will support one of the partners with various responsibilities dealing with contentious and non contentious employment law matters both claimant and respondent.
Your duties will include preparing legal documents and court bundles, writing legal letters, conduct legal research, liaise with courts, experts, and other third parties, and assist with file management and compliance checks.This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. Working hours are from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm. The tole is office based.
Free on site parking.ABOUT YOUTo excel in this role, you should hold a Law degree and be either studying towards or have obtained your LPC or SQE ideally with an elective in Employment law. Proven experience in a Employment Law setting is ideal but not essential. Strong administrative skills and the ability to provide high-standard support are crucial.
You should be confident with excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with team members, colleagues, third parties, and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
