You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Our Mundesley Pharmacy in Norwich has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.
The Pharmacy:
Our Well Pharmacy is located in the heart of the local seaside community, Well Mundesley is the perfect location to be a true Community Pharmacist. With the coast a 5 minute walk from the branch to enjoy your 1 hour lunch break, this is the perfect opportunity for a Pharmacist that enjoys the great outdoors and wants to make a real difference to their community.
How our Mundesley branch makes a difference:
- We dispense 6-7k items a month
- Services include Pharmacy First- NMS- Hypertension- DMS- Supervised consumption
- Provides services to a local care home
Our Mundesley branch is open:
Monday 8:30 am–1 pm, 2–6 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am–1 pm, 2–6 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am–1 pm, 2–6 pm
Thursday 8:30 am–1 pm, 2–6 pm
Friday 8:30 am–1 pm, 2–6 pm
Saturday 8:30 am–1 pm
Sunday Closed
The successful candidate will ideally work Monday - Friday + alternate Saturdays. We are open to 4 or 5 day week options.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
Youll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
Youll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
