As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students across different schools in and around Swaffham. Whether you're stepping into classrooms for a day, a week, or longer, you'll engage with students from various age groups and backgrounds. This position allows you to choose your working days and availability, giving you the perfect work-life balance while maintaining control over your schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and educational materials to students.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour and ensure student engagement throughout the lesson.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them succeed.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in the educational experience.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1), and Key Stage Two (KS2).
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different teaching environments.
