Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and be a model for high standards in customer care.
* Go above and beyond for customers, including greeting, assisting, and supporting at the checkout while keeping the company initiatives in mind.
* Care for our colleagues by creating a safe environment and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
* Work with the Store Manager to support the team and help drive performance.
* Manage inductions for new colleagues and collaborate with supervisors to drive ongoing training and on‑the‑job coaching.
* Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives including sales, service, and shrink.
* Ensure products are priced, merchandised and maintained to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
* At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
* Ability to manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
* Track record of achieving store KPIs such as sales targets, waste reduction, or customer service scores.
* For Internal Applicants: approval by your Line Manager or HR Business Partner / HR Manager.
