Account Director

Position: Full Time

Location: Poole, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + Benefits

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Director to lead relationships with our global clients and help drive the continued growth of Beep. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be the bridge between our clients’ ambitions and our creative and technical delivery teams, ensuring everything we produce is strategically sharp, beautifully executed, and commercially sound.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of key accounts, from scoping and delivery through to relationship growth and retention. You’ll champion collaboration across design, strategy, and development while keeping projects moving smoothly, clients informed, and teams inspired.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring every stage meets Beep’s creative and technical standards.
* Collaborate with design, strategy, and development teams to align on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, steering communication, feedback, and expectations.
* Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
* Anticipate challenges, manage risk, and maintain calm, clear communication under pressure.
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic insight, proactive recommendations, and new initiatives.
* Mentor and support the account management team, setting standards for service, communication, and delivery excellence.
* Partner with senior leadership to improve client‑service processes and contribute to Beep’s ongoing growth.


Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of client-facing experience within a creative, digital, or brand agency.
* Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts with confidence and precision.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
* Deep understanding of creative, digital, and development workflows.
* Skilled in scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and managing project profitability.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Familiar with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and similar project/time‑management tools.
* Comfortable collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
* Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented with a genuine passion for creativity and innovation.
