Assembly Supervisor – Witham, Essex (TECNIQ)
Overview
We are looking for a proven leader to oversee the assembly of high-end automotive modules in our state-of-the-art facility in Witham.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily assembly operations, ensuring production timelines are met.
* Manage quality assurance inspections and verify adherence to technical drawings and data sheets with 100% accuracy.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace discipline across all workstations.
* Mentor and train team members to uphold performance and safety standards.
* Identify and resolve production issues rapidly to maintain workflow consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven leadership ability fostering teamwork, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
* Strong technical understanding of manufacturing operations, tools, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality benchmarks.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Schedule & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 (subject to experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
